Point #1 (30 calendar days period):

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. Please make sure to inspect the item thoroughly and that it is fully functioning once you receive it, the sooner the better of course, and if you find that the item isn’t functioning as intended, or is not as described as on the product page, or is broken due to bad handling during shipping, then we’ll accept the product return or give you a full refund, no further questions asked.

Point #2 (Item unused):

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Recommended: It’s highly recommended to take photos or video the product and show where it is broken or malfunctioning. Photos/videos are your best friends in situations like these, and can make us act quicker even before we receive the actual returned product.

Point #3 (Have receipt or proof of purchase):

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Also, we recommend that the item be in the original packaging.

Point #4 (Refund):

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Point #5 (Shipping):

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
